I love reading romantic books, but not just shallow, I like to have something to think about too. Great, so long as it’s not codependency all over, had enough of that! But is it funny? Do you freak out when someone mentions “mindfulness” and “energy”? Definitely not! I think there’s something there bigger than what we can see with out eyes. I love meditations, affirmations, and mindfulness exercises. I’ve heard of it, but never really tried it. Is it any good?
