I love reading romantic books, but not just shallow, I like to have something to think about too.

And the other elephant in the room is “spirituality”. Do you freak out when someone mentions “mindfulness” and “energy”?

Definitely not! I think there’s something there bigger than what we can see with out eyes. I love meditations, affirmations, and mindfulness exercises.

I’ve heard of it, but never really tried it. Is it any good?
